Once the first racking off yeast & lees occurred, the lots were combined and aged for 14 months in stainless steel. The wine was then lightly filtered before bottling. Bottled Date: February 10th 2015 Release Date: March 1st 2015 Cases Produced: 242 From our estate vineyard in Santa Rosa, our approach in making our Chardonnay is borrowed from the French in the Chablis region where the wine is produced in stainless steel and allowed to age in order to develop complexity while maintaining balanced acidity and crisp fruit flavors. Tasting Notes: On the nose, apple blossoms & citrus. On the palate, you’ll discover crisp green apple, pear and melon. Balanced with good acidity, this wine is meant for food and will age for many years.
