From our estate vineyard in Santa Rosa, our approach in making our Chardonnay is borrowed from the French in the Chablis region where the wine is produced in stainless steel and allowed to age in order to develop complexity while maintaining balanced acidity and crisp fruit flavors.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, apple blossoms & citrus. On the palate, you’ll discover crisp green apple, pear and melon. Balanced with good acidity, this wine is meant for food and will age for many years.
