Kyndall's Reserve Chardonnay is part of our Sisters Selection and is named for Joe and Tracy Dutton's eldest daughter whose vibrant and down to each personality reflect this friendly Chardonnay. The grapes for this wine are night harvested by hand from the Dutton Palms, Sebastopol, and Mill Station Vineyards and are whole cluster pressed at the winery. These vineyards are certified Sonoma County Sustainably-Farmed and Fish Friendly. The wine is racked into barrel and concrete eggs for fermentation. The wine is aged on its lees and stirred every three weeks. The barrel aged portion of the wine uses a mix of coopers, forests, toast levels and age to round out the naturally firm acids of these cool sites.
