Winemaking: Made from organic grapes with minimal added sulfites. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Tasting Notes: Delicate fruity nose enhanced by herbal fragrances. The taste is fruity, fresh, elegant and well-balanced. Winery: Edoardo Miroglio Winery is a Bulgarian winery founded in 2002 by the Italian entrepreneur Edoardo Miroglio, owner of Tenuta Carreta in Piobesi d’Alba. The winery is situated in South East Bulgaria near Elenovo Village in the Thracian Lowlands. The winery has the capacity to produce 1.5 million bottles per year. As of 2013 part of the vineyards were certified as organic, currently producing four organic wines (red, white and rose), made from Viognier, Traminer, Mavrud, Rubin and Bouquet grape varieties. The head winemaker is assisted by the world renowned consultant Marco Monchiero and viticulturist Alberto La Rosa from Italy.
